WORKING CONTRACT ,PLEASE UNDERSTAND AND READ

YA ,silap besar aku adalah tidak memahami (tidak ambil tahu mengenai kontrak ) dan terus sign jer .Baru sekarang after want to changing my career that i have notice the term , in the  termination clause , hereby  to give 3 month notice of resignation .

But on the contarary , i learned something new today . About legal things on employees .Some of the term that i learned is .

1.Where the period of notice of termination is not specified in the contract of service, the notice period shall be as follows :

• less than 2 years of service – minimum 4 weeks
• 2 years or more but less than 5 years of service – minimum 6 weeks
• 5 years of service or more – minimum 8 weeks

An employer may terminate the contract of service where the employee is found guilty of misconduct, misdemeanor or negligence.
